Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Add salsa and lime juice, and cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through and flavors combine.
- Warm the Tortillas:
- Heat tortillas on a dry skillet or griddle for about 30 seconds per side until soft and slightly golden.
- Assemble the Tortillas:
- Place a portion of the chicken filling onto each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, and fresh cilantro. Add any optional toppings as desired.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Fold or roll the tortillas and serve immediately. Pair with tortilla chips and your favorite dip for a complete meal!
