- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Marinate the Chicken:
- Add the chicken thighs or breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- If grilling, cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- If using an oven, preheat to 425°F (220°C) and bake the chicken on a lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.

- Serve:
