- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper, dip in whisked eggs, then coat with cornstarch.
