Description

This Festive White Chocolate Fudge recipe features two luscious layers: a rich semi-sweet chocolate fudge base topped with a creamy white chocolate layer adorned with colorful Christmas sprinkles. Perfect for holiday gifting or a sweet festive treat, this no-bake fudge is easy to prepare and delightfully indulgent.

Ingredients

Scale

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Layer

  • 7 oz (198 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8.5 oz (about 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

White Chocolate Layer

  • 7 oz (198 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8.5 oz (about 1 cup) white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles, plus extra for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Layer: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Set Semi-Sweet Layer: Pour the chocolate mixture evenly into a lined 8×8 inch pan, spreading it into an even layer. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until it firms up slightly.
  3. Prepare White Chocolate Layer: In the same saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Heat over low flame, stirring constantly until the white chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of Christmas sprinkles.
  4. Combine Layers: Pour the white chocolate mixture gently over the chilled semi-sweet chocolate layer, spreading evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle extra Christmas sprinkles on top for decoration.
  5. Chill to Set: Refrigerate the entire pan for at least 3 hours or until the fudge is firm and set.
  6. Serve: Once set, cut the fudge into small squares. Keep refrigerated until serving to maintain firmness.

Notes

  • For best results, use a silicone spatula for smooth spreading of layers.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • You can substitute Christmas sprinkles with other festive toppings such as crushed candy canes or chopped nuts.
  • Let fudge sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly for easier eating.
