Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Make the Brownie Layer:
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, and stir until combined.
- Mix in red food coloring to achieve the desired color.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, egg, and sour cream, and mix until smooth.
- Assemble the Bars:
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
