  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Donuts: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and brush with melted butter. Press the halves into a muffin tin to form a donut shape.
  2. Fill the Donuts: Mix the cheesecake filling with lemon curd and lemon zest. Fill each donut with the mixture.
