- 1 1/2 cups cheesecake filling, such as Philadelphia® Cheesecake No Bake Filling
- 1/4 cup lemon curd
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare the Donuts: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and brush with melted butter. Press the halves into a muffin tin to form a donut shape.
- Fill the Donuts: Mix the cheesecake filling with lemon curd and lemon zest. Fill each donut with the mixture.
- Brûlée the Tops: Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the sugar dissolves and caramelizes. Pour over the filled donuts and brûlée the tops with a torch.
