Description

These juicy grilled portobello mushrooms marinated in balsamic vinegar and olive oil are a delightful and flavorful vegetarian dish perfect for summer barbecues.


Ingredients

– 4 large portobello mushrooms

– 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

5. Grill the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side, or until tender.
