Ingredients
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup honey
– 2 carrots, shredded
– 1 cup oats
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
– 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and honey together until well combined.
