- 12 oz pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
