      • 1/2 cup butter, softened
      • 2 cups powdered sugar
      • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
      • 12 tablespoons milk
    • Cream Cheese Frosting:
      • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

      • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
      • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients

    • In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients

    • In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Make the Dough

    • Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Bake the Cookies

    • Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
