Description

These Mediterranean steak bowls are a perfect blend of flavors and textures, combining juicy steak with fresh vegetables and a tangy yogurt dressing.


Ingredients

– 1 lb steak (such as flank or sirloin)

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

– 1 cucumber, diced

– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

– 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced

– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tbsp lemon juice

– 1 garlic clove, minced

– 1/4 tsp paprika

– 1/4 tsp cumin

– Almonds or nuts of choice, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear to your desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
