Instructions
- Prepare the Gyro:
- Toss the meat with gyro seasoning and olive oil and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and sear the meat until browned.
- Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix together heavy cream, sour cream, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
