			- 1 package (about 14-16) Oreo cookies (regular or peppermint flavor)
 - 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
 - 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies (for topping)

Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

 - Add the peppermint extract:
- Stir in the peppermint extract to the melted white chocolate mixture until well combined.

 - Prepare the cookies:
- Separate the Oreo cookies and scrape off the filling from the center of each cookie (set the filling aside for later use or discard).

 - Dip the cookies:
- Dip each Oreo cookie into the melted white chocolate, using a fork to lift it out. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
 - Place the dipped cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

 - Add crushed peppermint:
- While the white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top of each cookie. Press gently to ensure the peppermint sticks.

 - Chill the cookies:
- Refrigerate the cookies for 15–20 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set.

 - Serve and enjoy:
- Once the white chocolate has hardened, serve the cookies, or store them in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.

Notes
- You can use any flavor of Oreos for this recipe, but the peppermint-flavored Oreos are a great choice for an extra holiday kick!
 - If you prefer a thicker layer of white chocolate, you can dip the cookies twice.
 - The crushed peppermint can be substituted with crushed candy canes for more holiday flair.
