  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate:
    1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Add the peppermint extract:
    1. Stir in the peppermint extract to the melted white chocolate mixture until well combined.
  3. Prepare the cookies:
