Description

These refreshing cucumber sandwiches are perfect for a light and tasty snack or as part of a summer picnic spread. Creamy and flavorful, they are sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

– 1/2 English Cucumber, thinly sliced

– 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened

– 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

– 1 tsp fresh Dill, chopped

– 1/8 tsp Onion Powder

– 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

– Salt & Pepper to taste

– 12 slices Bread


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each slice of bread.

3. Place cucumber slices on half of the bread slices and top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.

4. Cut the sandwiches into desired shapes, such as triangles or squares.

5. Serve and enjoy!


Notes

– For a twist, add thinly sliced radishes or avocado to the sandwiches.

– To make these sandwiches ahead of time, assemble them but wait to cut them until just before serving to prevent the bread from getting soggy.
