Description

Ingredients

– 3/4 cup Butter, softened

– 1/2 cup Sugar

– 3/4 cup Brown Sugar

– 1 Egg

– 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

– 2 cup Flour

– 1 tsp Baking Soda

– 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

– 1 cup Guittard Milk Chocolate Chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
