  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized rounds
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the crockpot with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Place the frozen pierogis at the bottom of the crockpot in an even layer.

  4. Scatter the sliced kielbasa and diced onion over the pierogis.
