  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp Steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups Diced potatoes
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Layer ingredients: In a crockpot, layer the browned beef, bell peppers, onion, garlic, steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and diced potatoes. Pour the cheddar cheese soup over the top.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Add cheese: Top the casserole with Provolone cheese slices and cover until melted.
  5. Serve: Serve the casserole hot, topped with a dollop of sour cream.
