- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups Diced potatoes
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Layer ingredients: In a crockpot, layer the browned beef, bell peppers, onion, garlic, steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and diced potatoes. Pour the cheddar cheese soup over the top.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the potatoes are tender.
- Add cheese: Top the casserole with Provolone cheese slices and cover until melted.
- Serve: Serve the casserole hot, topped with a dollop of sour cream.
