  • 4 large apples (2 Honeycrisp and 2 Granny Smith)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1/21 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare Apple Mixture: Peel, core, and slice the apples. Toss them with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Assemble Cinnamon Rolls: Cut each cinnamon roll into small pieces and place them in the crockpot. Pour the apple mixture over the rolls.
  3. Make Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Cook: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve warm with cream cheese frosting.
