Description

This Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken recipe combines the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors with a crispy coating and creamy feta topping.

  • 110g Honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 3/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2x 250g Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 35g Plain Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 65g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Veg Oil, as needed (6-8 tbsp)
  • 200g Feta, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Coat chicken breasts in this mixture and let marinate.
  2. Breading: Mix paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne. Coat marinated chicken in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry the breaded chicken until crispy and cooked through.
  4. Serve: Top the chicken with crumbled feta and additional honey before serving.

Notes

  • You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less hot sauce and chili flakes.
  • For a healthier option, you can bake the chicken instead of frying.
