- 110g Honey
- 1 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
- 3/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2x 250g Chicken Breasts
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 35g Plain Flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 65g Panko Breadcrumbs
- Veg Oil, as needed (6-8 tbsp)
- 200g Feta, crumbled
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Coat chicken breasts in this mixture and let marinate.
- Breading: Mix paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne. Coat marinated chicken in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry the breaded chicken until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve: Top the chicken with crumbled feta and additional honey before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less hot sauce and chili flakes.
- For a healthier option, you can bake the chicken instead of frying.
