Caesar Dressing:

- 1–2 garlic cloves minced

Chicken:
- 5 chicken cutlets

Flour Mixture:
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Egg Mixture:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Breadcrumbs Mixture:
- 3/4 cup panko crumbs
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Assembly:
- 2 romaine hearts chopped
- 1–2 French baguettes
- Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Instructions
- Prepare Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, garlic, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Prep Chicken: Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Coat each cutlet in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixture.
- Fry Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry the breaded chicken cutlets until golden brown and cooked through.
- Assemble Sandwich: Spread Caesar dressing on baguette halves, place fried chicken on top, add chopped romaine lettuce, and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- You can bake the breaded chicken cutlets in the oven for a healthier alternative.
- Feel free to customize the Caesar dressing by adding anchovies or adjusting the seasoning to your taste.
