Instructions
- Prepare the chicken:
- In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken strip first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Assemble the salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.
- Add the croutons and gently toss again.
- Serve:
