  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray or oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken tenders and let them marinate for 15-30 minutes.
