 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
 - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
 - Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
 - Add the Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
 - Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat in the creamy sauce.
 - Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.

- You can swap the mozzarella for another melting cheese like provolone or fontina.
