  • 4 cloves garlic (minced or pureed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or white wine)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (for heat, optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp with paprika, black pepper, and salt until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in cream, broth, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Combine: Add cooked shrimp back to the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley before serving.
