Ingredients
– 2 cups Milk
– 2 10 oz cans Cream of Chicken Soup
– 24 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
– 2 cups Egg Noodles, uncooked
– 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
– 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/4 tsp Basil
– 1/4 tsp Oregano
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together milk, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
3. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, uncooked egg noodles, and diced cooked chicken.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and cover with foil.
5. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
– Feel free to add shredded cheese on top for an extra cheesy finish.
– You can also swap out the mixed vegetables for your favorite veggies like peas, carrots, or broccoli.
