Main Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 oz linguine pasta

Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Cook the Linguine: Boil linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add cubed chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter, parsley, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Stir until the sauce is well combined and heated through.
- Combine: Add cooked linguine to the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Toss everything together until linguine is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve: Serve the creamy chicken linguine hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
