- 2 cups (480ml) beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
- 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onions are tender.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add Cream and Cheese: Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Combine Pasta: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy beef sauce.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
