Description

These Cranberry Turkey Pinwheels are a perfect combination of savory and sweet flavors wrapped in a tortilla. Creamy cream cheese, tangy cranberry sauce, and deli turkey make for a delicious appetizer or light lunch option.


Ingredients

– 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup Sour Cream

– 1 bunch Green Onion stems, thin sliced

– 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

– 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

– 1/8 tsp Salt

– 3 large Tortillas

– 7 oz Whole Cranberry Sauce

– 1/2 lb Deli Turkey Breast, thin sliced


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.

3. Spread cranberry sauce over the cream cheese mixture.

4. Layer turkey slices on top of the cranberry sauce.

5. Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

6. Slice the chilled tortilla rolls into 1-inch pieces before serving.
