Description

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  2. Add the brie: Place a slice of brie on each toasted baguette slice. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, just until the brie starts to soften.
  3. Add cranberry sauce: Remove the crostini from the oven and top each with a dollop of cranberry sauce.
  4. Finish with honey and herbs: Drizzle lightly with honey, if desired, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary or thyme.
  5. Serve: Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
