  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  2. Mix the Base

    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

    • Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and powdered sugar.

  3. Fold in the Crab & Cheese

    • Gently fold in crab meat, shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add 1 tsp sriracha or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Make it ahead by preparing the dip a day in advance and baking when ready.
  • To make crispy wonton chips, cut wonton wrappers into triangles, spray with oil, and bake at 375°F for 5-7 minutes until golden.
