Main Ingredients:
- 14 ounces imitation crab meat
- 16 ounces penne pasta + water for boiling
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (half of a block)

- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 2 cups mozzarella shredded
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook Pasta: Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter, then add cream cheese, heavy cream, Old Bay Seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked pasta and imitation crab meat to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
- Assemble and Bake: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella, parmesan, and shredded parmesan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
