Description

  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the chicken: Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in the skillet and cook the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink inside, about 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness. Let the chicken rest, then chop into small pieces.
  3. Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked bacon, chopped chicken, 2 cups shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, Caesar dressing, and sliced green onions. Mix well to combine evenly.
  4. Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle approximately 12×14 inches.
  5. Assemble the bake: Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch border around the edges. Carefully roll the dough from one long side into a tight log shape, pinching the seams and edges to seal the filling inside.
