- 30 chocolate creme sandwich cookies (such as Oreos®)
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 (16-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 (13-ounce) jar marshmallow cream, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
- Add Marshmallows: Stir in mini marshmallows and half of the marshmallow cream until melted and smooth.
- Mix in Cookies: Crush cookies and stir them into the marshmallow mixture.
- Add Cereal: Remove from heat and fold in vanilla extract and crisp rice cereal until well combined.
- Set: Press mixture into a greased pan and let cool before cutting into squares.
