Description

A refreshing and energizing coconut matcha cooler made with sweetened coconut water and culinary grade matcha powder, perfect for a hot summer day.

    • Sweetened coconut water (or plain coconut water with 1 tbsp shot of caramel or sugar syrup)
    • Noble and Sunday’s Culinary grade matcha powder
    • 60ml water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the matcha: In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder and water until smooth.
  2. Assemble the drink: Fill a large glass with ice, pour in the sweetened coconut water, and top it off with the prepared matcha mixture.
