Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Cool Mixture: Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. Add optional ingredients if desired.
- Churn: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
