Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup (300ml) cream
- 1 1/8 cup (250ml) milk
- 3 leaves gelatine
- 1 1/2 tbsp (20g) sugar
- 3.5 oz (100g) dark chocolate 70% cacao, finely chopped
- 1/2 vanilla pod
Instructions
- Step 1: In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over low heat until sugar dissolves.
- Step 2: Add gelatine leaves to a bowl of cold water to soften.
- Step 3: Remove cream mixture from heat, add chopped dark chocolate, and stir until melted.
- Step 4: Squeeze excess water from gelatine leaves, then add to the chocolate mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Step 5: Pour mixture into ramekins, refrigerate for a few hours until set.
- Step 6: Serve chilled, topped with desired garnishes.
