Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, oil, soy sauce, mirin, and half of the sesame seeds.
- Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, shredded chicken, and dressing. Toss until well coated.
- Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top before serving.
