Description

This Chili Garlic Shrimp recipe is a spicy and flavorful dish that is quick and easy to make. Succulent shrimp are cooked in a garlic and chili-infused butter sauce, then topped with fresh parsley for a burst of freshness.


Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)

– 1 pound large shrimp (or jumbo, shelled and deveined)

– 5 cloves garlic (minced)

– 2 red chili peppers (chopped)

– 1/4 cup parsley (fresh, chopped)

– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)

– 1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)


Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and chopped chili peppers, sauté until fragrant.

3. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

4. Stir in chopped parsley and cook for an additional minute.

5. Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.


Notes

– For a milder version, remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
