- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup red onion slices (optional)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (more if desired)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken:
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Grill the chicken on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Prepare the Wraps:
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft.
- On each tortilla, add a handful of shredded lettuce, followed by a few slices of cooked chicken, shredded cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions if using.
- Add Dressing:
- Drizzle each wrap with ranch dressing and sprinkle with fresh cilantro for extra flavor, if desired.
- Wrap It Up:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly to enclose all the ingredients. Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
