Chicken Cutlets

Basil Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Dip in milk, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, cook chicken in butter until golden brown and cooked through.
