These Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups are a delicious twist on classic lasagna, featuring tender noodles rolled with a creamy chicken and ricotta filling, all smothered in rich Alfredo sauce. It’s a perfect dish for weeknights or special occasions that’s both fun to make and easy to serve!
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions

Cook the Noodles

Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

Drain and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Roll Ups

Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Take each noodle, spread the chicken mixture evenly over it, then roll it up.

Place each roll, seam-side down, in the prepared baking dish.

Top with Sauce and Cheese

Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll ups.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
