Description

These crispy, golden Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones are filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and gooey cheese. They’re easy to make, customizable, and perfect for a quick and delicious meal. With the air fryer, you get a perfectly crispy crust without the hassle of deep frying!

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling
    In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Roll Out the Dough
    Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each piece into a 6-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Fill and Fold
    Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture onto one half of each dough circle, leaving space at the edges. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges together and use a fork to crimp and seal.
  4. Air Fry Until Golden
    Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Brush the calzones lightly with olive oil. Place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve and Enjoy
    Let the calzones cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with extra Alfredo sauce or marinara for dipping.
