Instructions

  1. Prepare Cherry Filling: Toss cherries with Amaretto and sugar. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Make Tiramisu Layers: In a bowl, beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer with mascarpone mixture and cherry filling.
  3. Repeat Layers: Continue layering until all ingredients are used, ending with a dusting of cocoa powder and shaved dark chocolate.

Notes
