    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a grill pan.
  2. Season the Zucchini:

    • Arrange the zucchini steaks on the baking sheet.

    • Brush the mixture generously over the zucchini steaks.
  3. Bake or Grill:

    • Oven: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until tender.
    • Grill: Place on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
  4. Add Cheese & Broil:

    • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
    • Broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish & Serve:

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan before broiling.
  • Cheese variations: Try cheddar, gouda, or provolone for different flavors.
  • Make it spicy: Add extra red pepper flakes or drizzle with hot sauce.
  • Pairing suggestion: Serve alongside grilled chicken, steak, or as a low-carb pizza alternative.
