Ingredients:
- 12 count package slider rolls
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic finely minced
- 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 2/3 cup basil pesto (divided)
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix Butter and Seasonings: In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a portion of basil pesto.
- Assemble Sliders: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a baking dish. Brush with the butter mixture. Layer shredded chicken, mozzarella, remaining pesto, and top half of rolls. Brush with more butter mixture.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Notes
- You can customize these sliders by adding other toppings like sliced tomatoes, red onions, or even crispy bacon.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
