Description

These Cheesy Garlic Pesto Chicken Sliders are the perfect combination of flavors with tender shredded chicken, gooey mozzarella cheese, and fragrant basil pesto on slider rolls.

  • 12 count package slider rolls
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
  • 2/3 cup basil pesto (divided)
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix Butter and Seasonings: In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a portion of basil pesto.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a baking dish. Brush with the butter mixture. Layer shredded chicken, mozzarella, remaining pesto, and top half of rolls. Brush with more butter mixture.
  4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
