Description

These cheesy garlic bliss bombs are the ultimate comfort food with a savory beef and cheese filling wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced

– 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

– 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)

– 2 tbsp butter, melted

– 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted.

4. Flatten biscuit dough pieces and place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center. Wrap dough around filling and seal edges.

5. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

– For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground beef with cooked lentils or mushrooms.

– Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
