- Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch dressing (or taco seasoning). Stir until well combined.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay each tortilla flat on a surface.
- Spread an even layer of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add a small handful of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes (if using) on top of the chicken mixture.
- Wrap the Tortillas:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up, securing the filling inside.
- Cook the Wraps:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
