Ingredients
– 3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
– 1 can, 10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
– 1 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
– 3/4 cup Minute Rice
– 1/4 Onion, finely diced
– 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
– 12 oz Frozen Peas and Carrots
– 1/4 tsp Pepper
– 1/4 tsp Salt
– 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, rice, onion, garlic, peas, carrots, pepper, and salt.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the chicken breasts.
4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
5. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
