Quesadilla
- 4 burrito sized flour tortillas
- 16 thinly sliced cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Set aside.
- Make the burger sauce: Mix together mayo, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika in a bowl.
- Assemble the quesadilla: Place a tortilla on a skillet, add a layer of cheese, cooked beef, onions, pickles, and burger sauce. Top with another tortilla. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat: Repeat with remaining ingredients to make more quesadillas.
