Cajun Cream Sauce:

- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
Seafood:
- 4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each), skin removed
- 1 pound Jumbo shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined, tail on
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Cajun Cream Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, Cajun seasoning, and paprika. Slowly add cream and broth, simmer until thickened. Stir in cheese and spinach.
- Cook Seafood: Season salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Sear salmon in butter, then cook shrimp in oil. Serve over Cajun cream sauce, garnish with parsley.
